International Sales
Job Responsibilities
1. Market Development and Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas markets for lithium-ion batteries and related products; actively identifying and following up with potential customers; and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
2. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
3. Order Processing and Follow-up: Process international trade orders for lithium-ion battery products, including order confirmation, contract signing, shipping arrangements, and follow-up.
4. Monitor order production progress, ensure product quality and delivery deadlines, and effectively resolve issues arising during order fulfillment.
5. Participate in international trade shows to showcase the company’s products and technologies, and identify new clients and partners.
6. Market Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze market information on the lithium-ion battery industry, competitor trends, and customer feedback to provide data support for the company’s market strategy development.
1. Analyze policy trends (e.g., carbon neutrality goals, subsidy policies) and industry trends (sub-sectors such as lithium-ion batteries for forklifts, energy storage, and construction machinery vehicles).
2. Identify user needs (B2B clients such as power plant operators and automakers; B2C users such as consumers of residential energy storage systems).
3. Define product positioning (e.g., residential PV inverters, commercial and industrial energy storage systems, industrial vehicle batteries).
4. Develop roadmaps that balance technical feasibility (e.g., battery energy density, fast-charging technology) with commercial implementation.
5. Collaborate with the R&D team on technical solutions (e.g., discussing product order details and implementing solutions).
6. Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure cost control (e.g., responding to fluctuations in raw material prices such as lithium and cobalt).
7. Competitive Analysis and Business Model Innovation.
8. Benchmark product strategies against leading companies in residential energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage, and industrial vehicle lithium-ion batteries.
1. Primarily responsible for issuing materials for warranty and after-sales orders, packing, coordinating with freight forwarders, and preparing CI documents.
2. Responsible for the ERP processes related to after-sales order materials, such as system entry, creating after-sales BOMs, pushing down orders, and tracking materials.
3. Responsible for preparing CI and PI documents for paid after-sales parts orders and providing them to customers.
4. Test faulty parts to verify that they function properly.
5. Translate documentation.
6. Maintain customer data (including account recommendations, battery additions, etc.).
